Feeling Dealing & Healing

Dealing with my feelings helps me to heal and move forward. It’s a wild time to be alive.

I’m grateful for all the self love practices that are in play for me to help me stay focused on what I can do.

Daily gratitude list and meditation help me to move from a place of fullness and stay calm and focused. Sufficient sleeping and water intake, these things that we take for granted that are natural and needed for our recharge. And all of the love and support that I get from my family and friends.

I want to send love to you and send you grace and space to love yourself up in a world that is trying to hold you down.
